Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. The Central West Community College offers a Links to Learning Program for young people who are aged 15-25 years, who are unemployed and have no Higher School Certificate. The service is free and the course runs for 6 weeks every school term. The program gives young people practical work skills, e.g. mechanics. |
